We are pleased to announce the construction of the first ever New Jersey Shore custom concrete home on the oceanfront. The home is being built using the latest in Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) technology. Constructing strong structures is a necessity when building in the harsh beach environment where high winds, large waves, and flying debris are normal events throughout the year.

The concrete structure of this custom beach home in Ortley Beach, New Jersey is designed to withstand 250 mph winds. This is quite an impressive feat and after the events of Hurricane Sandy we believe this technology is the future of our shore environment.
